The facilities at Beechdown has been described as luxurious, with an extensive programme of events to suit all the family. Families from all around Basingstoke and North Hampshire are drawn to the superb gym and health club to enjoy the friendly social environment, to get fit and have fun. The Gym at Beechdown has an extensive range of equipment designed to help the user get fit in a fun way, including a hi-tech computerised analyser. The analyser provides information to aid formulation of a specific programme to suit individual body types. The Beechdown in Basingstoke has facilities to play Tennis, Squash and Badminton, with tuition available from qualified instructors to help improve your game. After your workout, the sauna, steam room or Jacuzzi is available to “wind down”. Then retire to the Brasserie, the main bar and restaurant for a fruit juice or a meal.
